The Drukpa Lineage (the “Dragon Lineage”) is an integral part of Himalayan and Central Asian legacy and culture. In addition to having authored several books on self improvement and inner happiness, Gyalwang Drukpa has also focussed on environmental preservation and education as well. This allows for the Buddhist principles to be put into action and helps showcase Gyalwang Drukpa’s humanity. Drukpa’s environment related causes help him in showing the love and care he has for his surroundings.
